SPIN FLOW - FLEXY EDITION WITH GRACEY POLE (INTER+)
Date: December 4, 2024
Time: 1 pm ET / 6 pm GMT
Duration: 75 minutes
This class will begin with a longer warmup targeted to get our bodies nice and ready to bend on the pole 😉 You will learn some of Gracey’s favourite bendy & splitty shapes and transitions, including different entries and exits. We will also work towards building a gorgeous floaty flow combo at the end!
A little about this Queen: Gracey is a Singaporean Chinese pole dancer currently based in Sheffield, UK. She teaches at Off The Ground Pole Dance and is an ambassador for Olra Activewear. A seasoned performer and competitor, she holds many prestigious titles such as being the Elite Pole Championships Elite and Great British Pole Championships Professional Expert Champion. Notably, Gracey also performed on stage with Snoop Dogg last year.
Gracey loves her spin pole and while she is naturally drawn to the graceful, flowy and bendy side of pole, she also has a sassy & cheeky showgirl side to her that loves sparkly heels, hair flicks and a good kip and split drop.

DYNAMIC STATIC WITH KHEANNA WALKER (INTER+)

In this class, you will learn some of Kheanna’s signature, high-energy, dynamic static tricks and combos that will improve your strength, power & agility. You will learn cool entries, trending transitions and epic landings that will make you feel like a total badass.

NEEDLE SCALE STRETCHING WITH PEACHY POLER (ALL LEVELS)
Date: December 10, 2024
Time: 2 pm ET / 7 pm GMT
Duration: 60 minutes
Ever been curious about the needle scale? 👀 whether you are just starting out or whether you want to push yourself further this is the workshop for you! In this 1 hour session, Peachy will be guiding you through working on all the components for bringing together your needle stretch. All you need is a mat, some blocks (or something as a substitute) and wear something comfortable!
A little about this Queen: Peachy is a London based Scottish pole dancer, known for her dynamic, cheeky, sexy, girlboss style. She has performed and taught workshops across the UK and abroad, and had judged pole competitions across the UK. Peachy is a resident instructor at Savage Pole Studio in London and is an ambassador for global grip company Envirogrip. She is the social media manager for Blackstage, a London based non profit platform centring pole dancers of colour, after performing for them in 2022.

SIGNATURE FLOW WITH RACHAEL GISELLA (INTER+)

Delve into the world of sensual basework in Rachael Gisellas Signature Style. Slink around the pole as you master seamless rotations, transitions and sensual floor play sequences that will allow you to dance with fluidity and control. Enhance not only your movements but your performance repertoire as you hone in on the details and intricacies will take your movements to the next level.
A little about this Queen: Rachael Gisella, a professional pole dancer, performer and judge, splits her time between London and Lisbon. She has gained recognition for her dynamic and sensual low flow routines with an emphasis on musicality.
As an award-winning dancer, she has earned titles in basework and Flow and her talents have also taken her to share the stage with acclaimed artists such as Snoop Dogg and Burna Boy.
With a deep love for Sexy Style Pole, Rachael is dedicated to sharing her passion with students and providing a safe and inclusive environment for them to express themselves freely.

TACKLING YOUR TITANIC (MASTERCLASS) WITH LEANNE CUMMINS (BEG+)

The Titanic is a beautiful attention-grabbing trick. In this masterclass you will discover different entries and exits, explore variations, and learn specific strength and flexibility exercises to help you perfect this trick. There will be floor-based options, progressions up the pole, and hands-off shapes. If you have a strong invert, a solid superman, and would to explore what comes next, this is for you!
A little about this Queen: Leanne is a professional pole dancer with over a decade of experience teaching, performing and competing. Originally from Ireland, she now lives in Vancouver where she teaches and performs full-time locally, internationally, and online. Leanne’s titles include Pole Princess Ireland 2013, UKAPP Semi Pro 2014, Pole Theatre Drama Ireland 2015, and the All Ireland Pole Dance Champion 2015. She was voted runner up in the United Pole Artist Poler's Choice awards, and went on to judge competitions such as Pole Princess Ireland, Dance Filthy Canada, and PSO.
A proud str!pper, showgirl, and vocal advocate for the SWer community, Leanne loves all things sexy, flexy and flowy.

2025 MANIFESTATION WORKSHOP WITH KHEANNA WALKER

Duration: 30 - 60 min
When it comes to manifestation, it’s really important to set your intentions. We need to make it clear to ourselves what we are calling in. How can we take the appropriate action to work towards our goals if we are not crystal clear on what we want?
My 2025 Manifestation Workshop gives us all the opportunity to sit down and visualise what we want our 2025 to look like.
Please make sure to bring a notepad or have a special document open so you can take notes.
