Service Description
Learn some of Kheanna’s signature basework tricks, sequences and transitions in heels. This class will improve your heel technique, strength, power, flow and active flexibility. Get ready to unleash your inner badass. Student must be comfortable inverting from the floor. Kneepads are mandatory! Boots preferred.
