MIDDLE SPLITS WITH VERONICA CHOU (ALL LEVELS) 

Date: September 3, 2025

Time: 1 pm ET / 6 pm BST

Duration: 60 minutes

Designed with pole dancers in mind, this flexibility class targets the adductors, hamstrings, and hip flexors to improve your middle splits both on and off the pole. We’ll work through active, passive, and dynamic exercises to enhance your lines and increase your mobility so you can slay those flexy tricks you’ve been dreaming of.

 

A little about this Queen: Veronica Chou (she/her) is a pole artist, personal trainer, and online fitness coach based in NYC. With over a decade of teaching experience, her style is flowy, melty, and sprinkled with dynamic flair.

​

Naturally an athletic build but not blessed with flexibility, Veronica began flexibility training as an adult to enhance her pole performance. Along the way, she discovered a love for resistance training, building a strong, feminine physique while gaining mobility and grace.

​

Certified with ElevatED, Power Pilates, ACE, NASM, and more, she draws from multiple modalities, from yoga to Pilates to strength training. Whether in group classes or one-on-one coaching, Veronica helps women look better, feel better, and perform at their best through her unique, multi-modality approach.

LIGHTNING BOLT SPLIT MASTERCLASS WITH KHEANNA (INTER+)

Ready to expand your pole split repertoire? This Masterclass will include targeted flexibility training with pole-specific technique to help you achieve your Lightning Bolt Split - some people also call this shape Back Split.​

This Masterclass will include:

  • Active & passive flexibility drills for front splits

  • Technique breakdown of Lightning Bolt Split + variations

  • Safe entry and exit of your shape/variation(s) of choice

  • Tips to maximise your lines to create a stunning shape

Whether you're working towards your first splits, oversplits or simply refining your form, this class is for you.

All levels welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks and water.

This masterclass explores three beautiful split variations on the pole: one in a horizontal line, one in a vertical line, and one with a diagonal shape. You’ll learn targeted flexibility drills, alignment cues, and safe entry techniques to create clean lines and confident execution in each pose. Suitable for students looking to refine their form and expand their pole vocabulary.

Known for her graceful shapes and dynamic movement, she blends strength, creativity, and fluidity in her practice. When she’s not perfecting her craft, she’s embracing new adventures or spending time with her favorite cat, Mia Fox!​

BROKEN SPLIT + VARIATIONS MASTERCLASS WITH KHEANNA (INTER+) 

Date: September 30, 2025

In this class, we will be working on (or towards) the Broken Split. This is an advanced trick, but have no fear, there are lots of shapes and variations that you can try first before attempting the full thing, such as the Python - which we will be exploring as well!

 

This Masterclass will include:

  • Technique breakdown of Broken Split, Python + variations
