Masterclass (75 min): Saturday Straddle (#pdsaturdaystraddle) + Twisted Sister Variation This will class will include an extensive full-body warm up, split training, technique breakdown of both tricks along with some variations. We will end with a short cool down. You are always welcome to ask questions in my classes! So here is a class that will be dedicated to going over superman technique, entries, variations and dismounts!
