CLASS SCHEDULE

MONDAYS: STRONG & BENDY (CONDITIONING & FLEXIBILITY)

Let’s get strong and bendy! In this high intensity workout, we will be doing 30 min of conditioning (on and off the pole) followed by 30 min of flexibility training. It’s gonna be challenging, but we’re gonna like it. Prepare to take your fitness to the next level!

TUESDAYS: DYNAMIC STATIC: TRICKS & COMBOS

Pre-requisites: student must be able to comfortably hold an Outside Leg Hang + Butterfly 

In this class, you will learn some of my signature, dynamic static tricks and combos that will improve your strength, power and agility. You will learn cool entries, trending transitions and dynamic landings. Get ready to unleash your inner pole athlete! This workout will leave you feeling fearless and motivated.

WEDNESDAYS: SPIN FLOW: TRICKS & COMBOS

Pre-requisites: student must be able to comfortably hold an Outside Leg Hang + Butterfly
In this class, you will learn some of my signature spin tricks and combos that will improve your strength, flow and flexibility. You will learn stunning entries, trending transitions and Insta-worthy shapes. This workout will leave you glowing inside and out.

THURS. APRIL 6: 'FROZEN' FLOORWERK CHOREO (NO POLE NEEDED)

Pre-requisites: forward/backward roll 

It’s time to unleash your inner goddess in this sensual floorwork routine that will bring together some of my signature movements and transitions. This class will help you improve your fluidity, balance, strength and flexibility. Get ready to roll around on the floor and let go of all your stress and worries… while looking super fierce. Heels and kneepads are required.  

THURS. APRIL 13: SHOULDERSTAND MASTERCLASS (NO POLE NEEDED)

Shoulderstands are super cool but require a ton of practice! In this class, we will start with conditioning exercises to strengthen the body for this marvelous move. Then, I will go over proper shoulderstand technique and exits. We will progress into shoulderstand shapes and progressions - followed by a sweet shoulderstand floorwork combo.

 

THURS: APRIL 20: 'CAN'T TOUCH THIS': HEELS CHOREO

Pre-requisites: Student must be comfortable doing pirouettes

This dynamic pole choreography will feature some of my signature twirls, movements and transitions that will improve your strength, active flex, heel technique and fluidity. This class will leave you feeling sexy, empowered and ready to take on the world. Heels and kneepads are required.  

THURS: APRIL 27: BALLERINA MASTERCLASS

In this masterclass, we will start with an extensive warm-up to prepare your hips, back and shoulders for this beautiful trick we love dearly. We will work on it from the floor first and then make our way to more difficult aerial entries. I will then show you my fave variations, progressions and exits!
