I'm so excited to making my Amsterdam debut on Monday, April 28th!​ I will be teaching 2 of my signature workshops at East Side Studio.

Static Tricks & Combos (Inter+)

Time: 18:00 

Duration: 90 minutes

Price: £55 for 1 workshop or £100 for both

In this workshop, you will learn some of my signature, high-energy, dynamic static tricks and combos that will improve your strength, power & agility. You will learn cool entries, trending transitions and epic landings that will make you feel like a total badass.

Pre-requisite: Student must be comfortable with inverting, outside/inside leg hangs and butterfly. 

​

No heels are required for this workshop.

Dynamic Low Flow (Inter+)

Time: 20:00

Duration: 90 minutes

Price: £55 for 1 workshop or £100 for both

Learn some of my signature basework tricks, sequences and transitions in heels. In this workshop, we will be using the lower third of the pole. Get ready to level up your heel technique, strength, power, flow and active flexibility.

Student must be comfortable inverting from the floor. Boots are preferred, so you can protect your feet from the more hard-hitting drops and landings. Kneepads are mandatory!
