INTRO TO POLE HANDSTANDS WITH KHEANNA (BEG+)

Want to learn how to do pole-assisted handstands with confidence and control? In this Masterclass, Kheanna will guide you through targeted drills and conditioning focused on core stability, alignment and balance. You’ll learn proper technique for pole-assisted handstands and forearm stands.
We’ll break down each position step-by-step, helping you build strength, mobility and body awareness so you can overcome the fear of handstands. Expect to sweat, invert and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.

BASEWORK TRICKS WITH CHELSEA (BEG+)

Learn some of Chelsea’s signature basework tricks, sequences and transitions in heels. This class will improve your heel technique, strength, power, flow and active flexibility. Get ready to unleash your inner badass. Student must be comfortable inverting from the floor. Kneepads are mandatory!

Known for her bold, sensual, and ethereal aesthetic, Chelsea fuses club influence with refined technique to deliver classes that feel powerful, intuitive, and elevated.
With experience teaching over 500+ students across Canada, Europe and the UK, she brings her international and industry experience straight to the studio—teaching students how to move with intention, embody confidence, and master clean lines, functional strength, and mesmerizing flow. BALLERINA BLISS WITH P. BUNNY (BEG+)

Duration: 90 minutes
Ballerina Bliss is a slow, intentional exploration of the ballerina pole shape. We’ll focus on long lines, soft transitions, and controlled strength taking our time to feel each moment. This workshop is about melting into the shape, breathing through the hold, and finding beauty in stillness. Come move gently, move deeply, and let the trick feel as good as it looks.
Prerequisites:

Comfortable with pole sits and outside leg hangs

Able to invert or climb to access the tricks

Confident holding body weight with one hand + one leg

Familiar with basic hip opening positions

Solid pole sit and basic leg hook

Ability to hold yourself on the pole with control and patience

Comfortable with extended holds and gentle flexibility work
A little about this Queen: Bunny is a pole instructor and movement artist who approaches pole as both strength training and emotional expression. She fell in love with soft control, intentional pacing and long lines. She creates spaces for dancers to slow down and fully inhabit each shape.
With a teaching style rooted in patience and body awareness, she emphasizes safe technique, breath, and finding confidence within the hold.

FLEX APPEAL - FULL BODY WITH KHEANNA (ALL LEVELS) | ON DEMAND CLASS

In this class, we will stretch the entire body from top to bottom. Kheanna will lead you through a series of dynamic movements, passive & active stretches and flow-y mobility exercises that will increase your overall flexibility for pole and in everyday life. Prepare to loosen up those hamstrings, open up your hips, increase your backbend and shoulder flex. If your body is feeling super tight, this class will limber you up in no time!
