A Masterclass is a session that is fully dedicated to one trick (on or off the pole). You will also get the chance to work on this trick on both sides. These classes will include: - full-body warm up - conditioning exercises + stretches which target muscles needed for this trick - breakdown + technique of the trick - entries, variations, progressions and exits
